→Always work with nitrogen in well-ventilated areas with oxygen monitoring if required.
→Store cylinders upright, secured, and away from heat and ignition sources.
→Use nitrogen-specific regulators — do not use oxygen regulators.
→For tyre inflation, never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's maximum tyre pressure.
→In case of a suspected large leak, evacuate immediately and ventilate the area.
→Keep protective valve caps on when cylinders are not in use.

Nitrogen molecules are larger than oxygen molecules, so they diffuse through tyre walls more slowly — meaning tyres maintain their pressure longer. Nitrogen also contains no moisture, which reduces corrosion of wheel rims and prevents pressure variation with temperature changes.
